A few lessons for real life.
Do not under estimate you opponent:-
In the first game itself we have shown arrogance. We thought that the game with Bangladesh is only a practice match for Super 8 stage. The rest is history now.
Unity is strength:-
It is learnt that the choice of batting first was against the wishes of the coach. Teamspirit meansless of me and more of us.
Do not depend on others for what you can do yourself:-
After our loss to Sri Lanka we are forced to depend on the performance of Bermuda for our Super 8 entry. How ridiculous to expect Bermuda to beat the Bangla tigers!!!
Out put is more important than input:-
Certainly at least on the paper, we have the best batting line up in the world. The point here is to perform, when it matters.
Winning Is Living:-
In this ruthless competitive world there is only one option, either you perform or perish. No second option.
